The colors are, top to bottom and left to right:
Pardon My French
Monte Carlo
Twinkle
Jack Pot
My Wonderland
Touch Me Softly
Over the Top
All Nighter
Twist and Shout
Sea-Quin
From initially looking at them in the bottle, my favorites were Monte Carlo, My Wonderland, and Sea-Quin (green IS my favorite color and this polish has gold diamond glitter!)
After swatching them, however, my favorites changed slightly.
Pardon My French [french trend collection]
This is a black base with hex and tiny rose gold glitters. The formula for this was a little on the thicker side. I didn't have to "fish" the glitter out, however the application did require dabbing on the first coat. The second coat went on much easier, and that's all it took to become opaque. It's a lot prettier than I thought it was going to be!!!
2 coats of Pardon My French with no base or top coat.
Monte Carlo [french trend collection]
A gorgeous violet jelly! The formula for this polish was perfect! It went on smooth, no streaks and was opaque in 2 coats. I had barely any clean up and it dried to a beautiful gloss.
2 coats of Monte Carlo with no base or top coat.
Twinkle & My Wonderland
[holiday 2012 collection]
Twinkle is a magenta glitter and My Wonderland is a dark green/dark teal glitter.
Sidenote: Twinkle is also the name of another Pure Ice polish. I've noticed that Pure Ice reuses names, for some reason... This is part of their holiday 2012 collection, whereas the other Twinkle polish is a warm summer peach creme with golden shimmer. Odd.
Okay, so I am not a fan of these... and it could possibly be because the glitter gets everywhere, or it takes forever to dry, or the fact that it takes a lot of clean up (no matter HOW good you are at painting your nails) off of not only your nails, but your hands and pajama pants ;)
Index finger is 3 coats of My Wonderland with no base or top coat
Middle finger is 2 coats of My Wonderland over Monte Carlo with no top coat
Ring finger is 5 coats of Twinkle with no base or top coat
Pinkie finger is 2 coats of Twinkle over Monte Carlo with no top coat
All Nighter & Twist and Shout
[holiday 2012 collection]
All Nighter is a burgendy jelly and Twist and Shout has red micro glitter with red and blue hex glitter. The application of All Nighter was awesome! It's a deep red that was opaque in 1 coat, with no streaks. It's a lot darker than anything I own or would usually wear. It does have a TINY bit of silver shimmer to it, but it's almost impossible to catch without the right light.
Twist and Shout goes on easily, no "fishing" for the glitter and it dries relatively quickly.

Index and Middle fingers have 2 coats of Twist and Shout with no base or top coat
Ring finger has 1 coat of All Nighter with 1 coat of Twist and Shout with no base or top coat
Pinkie finger has 1 coat of Twist and Shout with no base or top coat
Jack Pot
This is a fuschia jelly. I love it! It's bright, cheerful and just makes me happy! It was opaque in 2 coats, no streaking and dried to a glossy finish.
2 coats of Jack Pot with no base or top coat
Sea-Quin [diamond couture collection]
This is a mossy green glitter with golden diamond glitter. I LOVE this. I am a bit biased, like I said- green is my favorite color and the golden diamond glitters have become a new favorite of mine recently. There was no "fishing" for the diamonds, application was easy and this dried quickly. I would suggest using a good top coat on this because its a bit gritty once dry. I guess I was going for the 'watermelon' look below... I think this would look good on top of any color!
2 coats of Sea-Quin over Jack Pot with no top coat
Touch Me Softly [velour finish collection]
This is a purple jelly mixed with silver. It's described by Pure Ice as a mauve with silver polish, but it's definitely not mauve.
I have never tried the Velour Finish line. I was excited I got this one because purple is my second favorite color- and my most favorite color to wear on my nails! The application was easy. It was opaque in 1 coat, but I did 2 coats just because :P It dried quickly and they actually felt a bit like velour! I wouldn't suggest adding a top coat to this, because that would defeat the purpose of the look and feel of this polish.

Over the Top [velour finish collection]
This is a copper polish, that is also part of the Velour Finish collection. I don't own any copper polishes and was hesitant to try this out just because my skin tone usually looks awful against copper or gold. This polish was a breeze to put on, opaque in 1 coat, but again I put on 2 coats, just because. It dried super fast and looked and felt like velour. Again, I wouldn't suggest adding a top coat to this, because that would defeat the purpose of the look and feel of this polish. :)
After swatching these 10 polishes, I can add Touch Me Softly to my previous list of favorites. Before this nail mail, I didn't have a lot of Pure Ice Polishes. The ones I did have were gifts from my friend Dulcie over at Oh Three Oh Four. I am now a big fan of their jelly polishes! I am always on the hunt for a good pair of 'underwear' for my glitters. :P While I have not found a glitter by Pure Ice that I am STOKED about, I am more than willing to continue the hunt ;)
